Your hair on your head kind of has a mind of it’s own. Your other body hair is dead skin cells (i know gross.) It would be sick if your eyebrows grew like your hair.
DNA in your scalp tells hair follicles to grow continuously. However, DNA in skin that is not on your scalp tells hair follicles to grow until a certain tension (weight of the hairstrand) is felt by the follicle itself. That’s why arm hair, for example, stops growing at a certain length. Just different instructions given to hair follicles, that’s all.
